Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across multiple Workday modules and a strong background in integration development and post-implementation support. This role will be critical in optimizing our Workday environment through advanced configuration, reporting, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support various Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent & Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Design and maintain custom business processes, including creating step condition rules and configuring custom notifications.
• Build and optimize Workday reports, including calculated fields, simple/advanced reports, and matrix reports.
• Develop and support Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Core Connectors.
• Monitor and maintain integrations post-go-live, ensuring performance, accuracy, and seamless data exchange.
• Design and implement data transformation rules and workflows to meet integration and business requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements for integrations and system processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Workday HCM configuration and implementation across multiple modules.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business process framework and security.
• Expertise in Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certifications in relevant modules.
• Prior experience working in global/multi-national environments.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards related to HCM systems.
