Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically sound and support-oriented Oracle Fusion Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud – specifically in Finance, SCM, or WMS modules. The ideal candidate should be skilled in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and must have strong experience in end-user support and troubleshooting. This is a remote work-from-home role based in India, with work hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST to support global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, especially Finance, SCM, or WMS
  • Analyze and resolve service requests, production incidents, and integration issues
  • Design, develop and maintain:
    • Integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • Custom solutions using PL/SQL
    • Report development using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI
    • VBCS / APEX for extensions and custom applications
  • Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to address and resolve technical issues
  • Monitor and maintain batch jobs, data loads, and scheduled processes
  • Participate in root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes for recurring issues
  • Support Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing
  • Maintain technical documentation and adhere to coding and support best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development and support
  • Mandatory strong hands-on experience with:
    • Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, or WMS module
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP web services
    • PL/SQL and Oracle database objects
    • BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI
    • VBCS / APEX
  • Preferred Skills / Added Advantage
    • Working knowledge of one or more data loading tools (FBDI / ADFdi)
    • Familiarity with BICC for data extracts
    • Experience with Groovy scripting
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud data model and application architecture
  • Experience with issue diagnosis, data correction, and production support
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and time-sensitive support environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials, SCM, or related areas is a plus
  • Familiarity with Oracle Support (SR lifecycle) and quarterly patch testing

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
