Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Lead to join our development team. As a MERN Stack Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing frontend and web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) along with Angular. You will collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions and create high-quality, scalable, and efficient code. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to identify software solutions that meet business requirements. 
• Design client-side and server-side architecture for web applications. 
• Develop appealing visual designs and build the front-end of applications. 
• Create and manage well-functioning databases and applications. 
• Write effective APIs and back-end code, considering time and space complexity. 
• Optimize code, back-end queries, and server-side response time for improved performance. 
• Conduct thorough testing of software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency. 
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide technical support to the team. 
• Upgrade team skills by staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. 
• Implement security and data protection settings. 
• Develop features and applications with a mobile responsive design. 
• Write comprehensive technical documentation. 
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) team and use PMO tools effectively. 
• Utilize DevOps and Kubernetes for supporting deployment activities. 
• Handle Go-live activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. 
• Apply Agile framework knowledge to project management and development processes. 
• Utilize testing techniques such as load testing, stress testing, and performance testing. 

Required Skills:

• • In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js technologies. 
  • Ability to bind UI elements to JavaScript object models. 
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and database concepts. 
  • Proven experience in both frontend and backend development. 
  • Ability to create frontend applications using HTML5, Angular, and LESS/SASS. 
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. 
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks and design patterns. 
  • Ability to create Unit and Integration tests to ensure code quality. 
  • Good knowledge of Node.js debugging techniques. 
  • Experience in creating RESTful services with Node.js. 
  • Strong knowledge of Git repository management. 
  • Experience in developing complex applications with deployment experience. 
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, Angular, and React). 
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design principles.
